Sleep better with a little help from Scentsy & Mother Nature

How do you sleep? Do you fall into the category of tossing and turning?  I read an interesting article out of SIA Magazine titled "Sleep better with a little help from Mother Nature".  Here is what it had to say:  Studies from the world of nature reveal that certain plants can deepen sleep and help stop tossing and turning.  The following are just three of the floral scents that may help you get a better night's sleep:

Jasmine - To experience a deeper REM cycle in which your body does its most effective healing.

Lavender - This plant slows heart rate and lowers blood pressure.  In one study, insomniacs found that they slept better and woke up feeling refreshed after placing lavender oil on their bed sheets and pillow case.

Gardenia - This bud plant helps soothe uneasy sleep.  Some doctors prescribe it to help patients manage anger and impatience.

I'm thinking Gardenia in the car!
